Overport Park has a district level playground. The bushland area in the eastern side of the reserve can be accessed by a walking trail and bridge over Sweetwater Creek to St Ives Avenue.

This large popular Playground in Frankston South has recently undergone a makeover and now features challenging equipment for children of all ages, incorporating natural outdoor play elements and new pathways.
