Healthy Futures Hub (HFH)

The Healthy Futures Hub 

Opened in August 2023. 

With a vision to be a world leading Hub in facilitating health, wellbeing and community connection, the former elite training facility for St Kilda Football Club has been repurposed to become a community-facing multipurpose facility, delivering numerous benefits for the community. This exciting new integrated model of health and wellbeing services, is  a collaborative partnership based approach led by St Kilda Football Club, and combining over 12 different organisations.    

The Healthy Futures Hub, 151 East Rd, Seaford, offers the following: 

  • Gymnasium and exercise program room 

  • Pool for Learn to swim and sports recovery 

  • Basketball Court 

  • Community programs run by Belvedere Community Centre 

  • Peninsula Health community dental services 

  • Monash University telehealth services and research programs 

  • Disability health support services 

  • Physio and Sports Physicians 

  • Training café serving to the public 

  • Community sport opportunities and sports pathway training
