Australians love our country's unique creatures, and the places that they call home. But nature in Australia is in trouble. 2,000 Australian plants and animals are on the threatened species list, and the list is growing. We need strong new laws that actually protect nature. Communities across Australia are coming together to send a clear message to politicians: communities nationwide love Australian creatures and we know you support strong action to save them from extinction. Join local volunteers from the ACF Community Mornington group as we gather on the beautiful Frankston Waterfront, to: Talk about the need to protect Australia's incredible but threatened species.Paint, draw and write on the Community for Creatures banner, which will be delivered to our Member of Parliament (MP).Write personalised messages to be delivered to our MP about why we want nature protected.
