Building workforce capacity is of paramount importance to the future viability of our local economy. But how can employers attract young people when working locally may not be on their radar once they leave school? Featuring a dynamic panel discussion with school leaders, students, TAFE and local employers, the forum serves as a platform to explore strategies for engaging and retaining young talent within the local workforce. Including Q&A and the opportunity to network, this unique gathering will facilitate dialogue and collaboration between schools and employers, to promote the benefits of and opportunities for young people to work in Frankston. This event is brought to you by Frankston Mornington Peninsula Local Learning & Employment Network and Frankston City Council and hosted at Mc Clelland Gallery, breakfast will be provided. This is a ticketed event and seats are limited and only open to employers from the Frankston City Council municipality and Principals of FMP Secondary Schools.
